Privacy Policy

Draft. This is a starting point written in plain English. Have it reviewed before launch, and update it whenever you add a new tool that collects data.

This website is run by BM Santacera, a local SEO consultant based in Iloilo City, Philippines (“I”, “me”). This policy explains what personal information I collect through this site, why, and what you can do about it. I follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and, for visitors in the UK and EU, the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.

What I collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, website and message.
• Booking tool: the details you enter when you book a call (name, email, time zone, anything you add).
• Messenger: if you message me, Meta processes that conversation under its own privacy policy.
• Analytics: if enabled, Google Analytics collects anonymous usage data such as pages visited, device type and approximate location.

Why I use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call.
• To provide services if we agree to work together.
• To understand which pages are useful so I can improve the site.

I do not sell your information, and I do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to join one.

Who processes it for me

Your information may be handled by the services I use to run this site: the form provider, the booking tool, Google Analytics and Cloudflare (hosting). Some of these store data outside the Philippines. I only use providers with appropriate safeguards.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you, or object to how I use it. Email me at the address on the contact page and I will reply within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change too.
